Our camps cater to children aged 4–12 years and are run from Sandridge Primary School, providing a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment for every child.
What makes us different? We listen to children and tailor our activities to their needs and interests. With separate spaces for under 8s and over 8s, every child gets to enjoy age-appropriate fun.
Our daily planning reflects the diversity and individuality of all children. From sports and games to creative crafts and themed adventures, we offer something for everyone. If our staff are having fun, the children will too — and that’s our goal every day.

Terms & Conditions and Camp Information
When booking with Kool Kidz Camps, a contract is formed between the parent/guardian and Kool Kidz Group. The terms below outline the expectations and responsibilities of both parties. We are committed to providing a high-quality service and will work hard to resolve any concerns should they arise.

Admissions
Places at Kool Kidz Camps are offered based on the following order of priority:
1. Chronological order of first application
2. Siblings of children already booked
3. Children attending for full-week sessions

Payment
• Full payment is required to confirm your booking and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• We accept BACS or childcare vouchers.
• Last-minute bookings (1 day in advance) are possible if spaces are available, with full payment required on the day.
• Bookings not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled.

Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation invoice stating:
• Your child’s details
• Booking dates
• Amount due
Please check your invoice and notify us of any discrepancies within 7 days.

Cancellations
• Cancellations must be made in writing at least one week before the start of the booking.
• Cancellations made without sufficient notice may result in the loss of your payment.
• Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for absences due to sickness, as resources will have already been allocated.

Exclusion Policy
• In the event of persistent or severe behavioural issues, parents may be called and the child may be excluded from camp.
• Fees will be refunded in the event of exclusion.

Collecting Children
• Children must be collected by 4:00 PM (Standard finish time) or 5:00PM (Late Leavers) by a parent or authorised person.
• No child will be released to an unauthorised person.
• Each parent will be assigned a security number or password.
• Late pickups will incur an additional charge of £5.00 per 15 minutes.

Photography
• Photographs may be taken during camp for promotional use.
• If you do not wish your child to be included, please indicate this clearly on the registration form.

Health & Safety
• Please declare all medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs on the registration form.
• Children with certain conditions may not be able to participate in some activities, but alternatives will be provided where possible.
• All information is treated with complete confidentiality.

Child Protection
• Our staff are trained to respond appropriately to any concerns of abuse or neglect.
• In such cases, Kool Kidz Camps will follow our Child Protection Policy and contact the relevant authorities as required.
