Kool Kidz Parties – Terms & Conditions

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party booking. Payment should be made via BACS transfer.
• Payment details will be provided on the invoice. Please ensure that your surname is used as the payment reference.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of the party and may be paid by cash or BACS transfer.

Cancellations

• If you cancel your booking with 28 days’ notice, 50% of the remaining balance will still be payable.
• If you cancel with less than 14 days’ notice, the full remaining balance will be payable.
• All cancellations must be made in writing. Answerphone messages will not be accepted as cancellation notice.

• Bookings may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, at the discretion of the entertainer. The party must be rearranged within three months of the original booking date, on a mutually convenient date, and will be rescheduled free of charge.
• If your booking is weather dependent, a suitable indoor venue must be available in case of unsuitable weather conditions. Failure to provide an alternative venue may result in cancellation of the entertainer and 50% of the remaining balance will still be payable.
